Daniel E is the best! Literally, no exaggerating. He noticed we were struggling to park a 15 passenger vehicle on our own in the W Huron lot. He came out and offered to help and whipped the van in a small spot as if it were a Geo. Nothing but professional service and human kindness. We were just general public, not even connected to the hotel he was actually servicing.

My wife surprised me with a weekend in Chicago for my birthday. We stayed at Eurostar and I can honestly say the valet service made us feel like king and queen. Our vehicle was waiting for us when we come down from our room and the valet service workers were very polite and professional. We will be returning this summer with our kids to enjoy the city with them and look forward to staying here again thanks again you guys absolutely rock!!!!!!!!!

I have been parking in this lot for over a year now for work. It is one of the most affordable in the area and now that Jermell is managing it, it is much better. He is super friendly and he or his staff are always at the lot, allowing for a relatively easy in/out experience!

Jermell and his team are incredibly professional and kind. They treat every customer, whether daily or monthly, the same and I couldn't of picked a better parking vendor. Great prices as well!

Heat runs the valet for the lot right by my office and they do a great job there. Jermell and his team are super friendly and they always stay late until every parker has has their keys back AND they'll take your car to get washed during the summer. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Heat Valet to possibly hire them for a special event for my birthday party. My phone call was returned promptly. I spoke with Shawn an he was very polite and professional. He provided me with a quote and reassured me the parking would be taken care of. I was very pleased after using this company. When my guests were leaving, they provided fast service, held open doors, and offered directions to some of our friends who didn't know the area. The valet attendants did a
great job. I would hire them again and I highly recommend this valet company.

I contracted Heat Valet to work our holiday soiree event on December 29th and they did an excellent job. They were on time and they were courteous and professional. At the end of the night, when a big crowd of people came down to get their cars, they worked expeditiously to make sure everyone was taken care. A difficult task indeed. Lastly, their prices are reasonable. They come highly recommended.
